    • ・Upon move-in, an initial setup fee of 150 USD in addition to the designated usage fee for the specified period.
    • ・In addition to the rental fee, a charge of 500,000 VND will be applied for electricity and air conditioning usage.
    • ・No renewal fee is charged when renewing the contract.
    • ・When renewing the contract, rental fees are subject to change based on the real estate market rate.

    • ・Copy of Passport or ID card (for all tenants)
    • ・Designated Rental Fee: typically equivalent to 3 month’s rent
