G.A. Consultants was founded in 1995. Recognizing the potential of Vietnam’s talented workforce, the company launched its human resource development initiatives and began facilitating the placement of Vietnamese engineers in Japan in 1998.
As part of the G.A. Consultants Group, Sotochika was established to support the increasing number of Japanese companies expanding into Vietnam. In February 2012, we began offering outsourcing services for labor management and payroll processing, as well as business support services in Ho Chi Minh City.
To provide Japanese companies with an efficient and cost-effective way to establish their presence in Vietnam while allowing them to focus on their core business, we launched a rental office service for Japanese enterprises in October 2013. In response to the growing number of Japanese businesses entering Vietnam and the increasing demand for tailored rental office spaces, we expanded our office facilities in May 2016. This expansion enabled us to offer a more comfortable and accommodating office environment to a larger number of clients.
Currently, we have also introduced business inspection tours in southern Vietnam, allowing companies with even a slight interest in Vietnam to explore potential business opportunities in the country.
