Information on use and contracts
- ・The minimum contract period for office rental is 3 months.
- ・Upon move-in, a setup fee of 300 USD and a security deposit of 1 month’s rent (2 month’s rent for individual clients and contracts of 2 years or more) are required in addition to the rental fee.
- ・In addition to the rental fee, a charge of 2,000,000 VND will be applied for electricity and air conditioning usage.
- ・Office equipment is provided in a fixed number for each room. Additional equipment will be charged at an extra cost.
- ・No renewal fee is charged when renewing the contract.
- ・When renewing the contract, rental fees are subject to change based on the real estate market rate.

For corporate clients
- ・Contract (Signed and stamped)
- ・Move-in application Form (Basic information of the tenant)
- ・Copy of the Corporate Registration (for the contracts under foreign headquarters)
- ・Copy of the Investment Registration Certificate & Enterprise Registration Certificate (for contracts under a Vietnamese entity)
- ・Copy of Representative Office Establishment License (for contracts under a representative office)
- ・Copy of Passport or ID card (for all tenants)
- ・Advance rent payment: up to 2 months’ rent
- ・Initial setup fee: 300 USD
- ・Security Deposit: equivalent to 1 month’s rent for the contract under 2 years, and 2 months’ rent for the contract of 2 years or more.
For individual clients
- ・Contract (Signed and stamped)
- ・Move-in application Form (Basic information of the tenant)
- ・Copy of passport (page with photo)
- ・Advance Rent Payment: up to 2 months
- ・Initial Setup Fee: 300 USD
- ・Security Deposit (equivalent to 2 month’s rent)
