There are nearly 500 industrial parks in Vietnam. To engage in manufacturing in Vietnam, companies must either purchase the land within these industrial parks to construct their own factories or lease ready built factories for operation. We carefully select and introduce industrial parks that meet sufficient conditions, such as infrastructure, building quality, and customer service for our clients. Generally, the northern region is home to many major manufacturers in the electrical, electronics, and automotive industries, along with their supporting industries. In contrast, the southern region is home to more companies in sectors such as food, furniture, and FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) targeting the domestic demand of Ho Chi Minh City.
