Core5 Hai Phong Factory Village

An industrial park jointly developed by a Belgian company and Hai Phong City. Its total area is 3,400 ha, and its land use rights are valid until 2047. This RBF and RBW were jointly developed by a local private company and a Japanese general contractor.
