Information on use and contracts
- ・The contract period for the virtual office service can be selected from either 6 months or 12 months.
- ・The full rental fee for the contract period must be paid in a lump sum before the contract start date.
- ・In the case of early termination of the contract due to the client’s circumstances, the paid rental fee will not be refunded.

For corporate clients
- ・Contract (signed and stamped)
- ・Copy of the Corporate Registration (for the contracts under foreign headquarters)
- ・Copy of the Investment Registration Certificate & Enterprise Registration Certificate (for contracts under a Vietnamese entity)
- ・Service charge for the contract period: 6 months or 12 months’ fee
For individual clients

- ・Copy of passport (page with photo)
